Privacy Policy
SR MANAGEMENT PTE.LTD / ABE ("ABE," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. We have created this Privacy Policy to explain our practices for collecting, using, and sharing information on ABE websites, mobile applications, and other services we and our affiliates provide to you (collectively, the "Services").
Types of Information We Collect. We collect information about users as described below.
Information You Provide to Us.
Account Information. When you create an account or use our Services, you provide us with certain information. We collect this information, as well as other data you add to your account, such as your email address, username, connected social media accounts, favorites and following lists, and other information you provide. Your account information (except your email address) will be publicly visible. Please note that even if you delete public content from your ABE account, it may still be available elsewhere on the internet.
Verification Information. We may need to collect information to verify your account or identity, such as your email address or information related to the authentication application you use.
Preferences. Our Services allow you to store preferences, such as how content is displayed and language settings. We may associate these preferences with your account, browser, and/or mobile device. Feedback. If you provide us feedback or contact us, we may receive your name and contact information (such as your email address), as well as any other content contained in or associated with the message you send.
Other Information. We also collect information and other data you voluntarily provide elsewhere in our Services or when we disclose that we are collecting your information.
Additionally, as with many web3 features, your blockchain wallet address serves as your identity on ABE. Therefore, you will need a blockchain wallet and associated wallet address to access certain aspects of the Service. We do not believe that a blockchain wallet address, in and of itself, identifies you. However, when you use our Service, your blockchain wallet address may be associated with you, your user ID, or information we collect about you.
Automatically Collected Information. As you browse and interact with our Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information, including:
Interactions with our Services. To provide our Services, analyze trends, enforce our Terms of Service, and make our Services more useful to you, we collect information (typically anonymous data) from you when you interact with our Services, including, but not limited to, your browser type or fingerprint, operating system, IP address and associated geographic location, device ID, blockchain wallet address, wallet type, action and clickstream data, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamp. We may also store this data in log files.
Cookies or Other Tracking Technologies. Like many online services, we use cookies to collect information. We may use session cookies (which expire after you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which remain on your computer until you delete them) to analyze how users interact with our Services, improve the quality of our products, and provide users with a more personalized experience. In addition, we use "pixel tags" (also known as clear GIFs, web beacons, or web bugs). Pixel tags enable us to analyze how users find our Services, make them more useful to you, and tailor your experience to your specific interests and needs.
Do Not Track. Because there is no consensus on the meaning of "Do Not Track" signals, we do not respond to them in any particular way.
We work with third-party services ("Third-Party Services"), including Google, to help collect some of the information described above. These Third-Party Services, acting on our behalf, may collect information about your use of our Services ("Usage Information") through their own cookies, pixel tags, or other technologies. The ability of Third-Party Services to use and share Usage Information is restricted by their terms of use and privacy policies.
Information Collected from Third-Party Companies. We may obtain information about you or your wallet address from service providers and other sources/companies that provide their products and/or services to us or you for use in conjunction with our Services, or whose products and/or services may be linked to our Services. We may add this information to the data we already collect from or about you through our Services. This information may include:

Data analytics providers or vendors who provide us with information related to certain blockchain wallet addresses;
Vendors who provide us with communication and authentication services that you choose to use;
And other vendors who provide us with information necessary to operate our business or enforce our Terms of Service.
Publicly Available Information. We collect data from activities and information that is publicly visible and/or accessible on the blockchain or other public sources. For example, this may include blockchain wallet addresses and information about purchases, sales, or transfers of NFTs, which may be linked to other data you provide to us.

We may create anonymous, de-identified, or aggregated records from identifiable information. We use this data for the same purposes listed above, including improving our Services, and may use and/or disclose such anonymous, de-identified, or aggregated information for any purpose. We will maintain and use anonymized and de-identified data in its anonymized/de-identified form and will not attempt to re-identify the information unless permitted by law.
